Slow Flow
A movement yoga class that connects breath with movement. Students must be able to get up and down to the mat with ease. This class will incorporate breathwork, yoga (strengthening and stretching) poses and a short sound bath during savasana.
Gentle Yoga
A gentle class on the mat. This class will focus on gentle stretches tailored for those with no experience. Students must be able to get on to the mat with ease. This class will incorporate breathwork, yoga poses (mostly stretching) and a short sound bath during savasana.
Chair Yoga
A class that incorporates a chair. This class is good for all levels, including those with no experience and little flexibility or mobility. This class will incorporate breathwork, yoga poses (strengthening and stretching) and a short sound bath during savasana.
Restorative Yoga
A class that incorporates only 3-4 laying poses. This class is good for all levels, including those with no experience and little flexibility or mobility. This class will incorporate breathwork, restorative yoga poses and a sound bath throughout the class.
Sound Bath
Sound bath sessions offer a wonderful opportunity to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate. Through the use of 7 crystal bowls and koshi chimes, the vibrations soothe the nervous system by bringing it back into harmony on a cellular level. This class is good for all levels and no experience is required.
Guided Meditation
A class seated on the mat or in a chair which uses guided meditation to relax the body and mind. This class is good for all levels, including those with no experience and little flexibility or mobility. This class will incorporate a small amount of breathwork, a guided meditation and a short sound bath at the end.
Breath Class
A class seated on the mat or in a chair in which the participants are guided through various controlled breathing techniques helping to promote relaxation and mindfulness. Benefits include a reduction in stress & anxiety, increased focus, better lung capacity, lowered blood pressure, better brain function and more. This class will also include a short sound bath at the end.
Gratitude Journaling
A class which includes a discussion about gratitude and guided journal prompts. Journals can be provided for an additional $20/class.
I can provide blocks, straps and bolsters for up to 30 participants (for the gentle yoga, chair yoga and restorative yoga classes). Each class can have a specific theme such as love, gratitude, releasing doubt, confidence, grounding, etc.
