Host Biographies:
Whitney is a Transformational Mentor who has 25 years experience assisting people in transforming their lives. She is a certified EFT practitioner, founder of the Make Everything Easier method, and the Specific Meditation Technique, and author of two books, "Make Everything Easier: Get What You Want by Healing Hidden Resistance" and " Emotional Soufflé." She feels honored to have been blessed by the Dalai Lama and nominated for a Nobel Prize.

Jessica started her journey in 2010 as a Yoga Instructor with the desire to share the healing benefits of Yoga which helped her through her own extreme anxiety and panic attacks. She is also a Sound Bath Facilitator and Women’s Circle Host. Her passion in life is to assist you in finding inner peace and balance through her varied offerings.
