7:00-7:30 Reintegration with group sharing, Q&A and lite bites
Yoga Instructor & Sound Healer
Jessica Garcia, founder and owner of Chandra Yoga, shares the healing benefits of yoga. Her purpose is to assist the cultivation of inner peace and balance through her varied offerings.
Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath
Restorative Yoga is the practice of holding a supported posture longer than in conventional yoga class. Props such as folded blankets and yoga blocks are used to relax the body and reduce stress.
Sound healing is an immersive auditory experience of soothing sounds to promote a meditative state, easing tension and promoting mental clarity.
The sound bath session will be performed at the same time as restorative yoga to deepen relaxation.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and props, if desired. Community yoga mats and props will also be available.
Recommended Dress Code
Something that makes you feel warm and comfortable such as a sweat suit, yoga attire or cozy PJs (festive attire and accessories optional)
