This 21-day Self-Care Challenge integrates yoga, sound healing, and mindfulness practices into a comprehensive program that you can follow daily. Each day includes:
1. A themed yoga practice (15-30 minutes)
2. A sound healing element (chanting, toning, or listening)
3. A practical self-care activity
4. An inspiring quote
5. A reflection prompt
Weekly Themes
▪️Week 1: Foundation & Grounding - establishing the basics
▪️Week 2: Opening & Expanding - deepening the practice
▪️Week 3: Transforming & Empowering - integrating for lasting change
