Reset & Realign: A Breath & Sound Session
Reset & Realign: A Breath & Sound Session
Step away from the rush and soften into stillness with Rest & Realign, a deeply nourishing evening designed to calm your nervous system, ease anxiety, and reconnect you with your inner rhythm.
In this 90-minute experience, you’ll be gently guided through deep breathwork to release tension and open the body without strain. As your body unwinds, you'll be immersed in the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, rhythmic drums and the ethereal sounds of chimes, each element working together to invite deep peace and energetic harmony.
This session is perfect for those feeling burned out, anxious, or simply in need of a reset. Whether you're new to sound healing or a seasoned yogi, you’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
Come as you are...no effort required, just your breath and willingness to receive.
