Slow Flow Yoga Class
Jessica with Chandra Yoga provides an all levels, adaptive yoga class. Every class incorporates pranayama, asanas and meditation. The mindful breathwork, movements and stillness allows one to release ruminating thoughts, connect to one's inner wisdom and release physical and mental tension. The end result is a blissful feeling of connection, peace and rejuvenation.
Jessica works with each student individually to adapt poses for their level and/or type of injury or limitation. Jessica also incorporates props to assist the students to attain a pose that may not seem attainable or take the pose deeper.

We have mats, blocks and straps available but if you have any of your own please feel free to bring them in case we run out. 😉
