Immerse yourself in a transformative yoga session accompanied by soothing live music that enhances your practice, grounding you in every pose.
What to Expect:
Slow Flow Yoga: Suitable for all levels, focusing on breathwork and fluid movements.
Live Music: Local musician, Anthony Rodriguez, will play calming and restorative tunes to enhance your experience.
Relaxation: Finish with a calming savasana, fully immersed in sound.
Jessica with Chandra Yoga provides an all levels, adaptive yoga class. Every class incorporates pranayama, asanas and meditation. The mindful breathwork, movements and stillness allows one to release ruminating thoughts, connect to one's inner wisdom and release physical and mental tension. The end result is a blissful feeling of connection, peace and rejuvenation.
Jessica works with each student individually to adapt poses for their level and/or type of injury or limitation. Jessica also incorporates props to assist the students to attain a pose that may not seem attainable or take the pose deeper.
Anthony Rodriguez has accompanied numerous yoga classes and events since 2012. Bringing soothing live guitar melodies and organic rhythms, he feels the energy along with the instructor and hopes to create a delightful and moving experience for all within their practice.
Class is included in the 5 class pass and monthly membership.
