Whitney is a Transformational Mentor who has 25 years experience assisting people in transforming their lives. She is a certified EFT practitioner, founder of the Make Everything Easier (MEE) method, and the Specific Meditation Technique, and author of two books, "Make Everything Easier: Get What You Want by Healing Hidden Resistance" and " Emotional Soufflé." She feels honored to have been blessed by the Dalai Lama and nominated for a Nobel Prize.
Jessica started her journey in 2010 as a Yoga Instructor with the desire to share the healing benefits of Yoga which helped her through her own extreme anxiety and panic attacks. She is also a Sound Bath Facilitator and Women’s Circle Host. Her passion in life is to assist you in finding inner peace and balance through her varied offerings. She currently offers Yoga classes (Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Chair & Flow), Sound Bath Meditations, Women’s Circles, Guided Meditation classes and more. Her students have described her classes as loving, safe and serene and say they walk away feeling rejuvenated, more at peace, and reset.

Why go on a retreat? For most of us, the pace of daily life is pretty hectic. Because we’re always on the go, there isn’t much time to think about the things that are truly important in life. At our Women’s Wellness Retreat, the peace and solitude provide a chance for you to get away – to take time to reflect, refresh, and renew. During this time away, you may even discover the inner strength to help with the many issues facing you. We build strong, sisterhood bonds over the weekend and women in past retreats have always found commonalities and a sympathetic ear of someone else who has been where you are now.
If you’re thinking, “a retreat is not for me,” think again! Retreats are for every woman – moms on the go, career women, empty-nesters, women who are single, divorced, widowed, retired. Women’s Wellness Retreat provides a place of refuge and renewal where ALL are welcome. Perhaps you think you don’t need a retreat; there are no extraordinary problems or challenges in your life just now. But a retreat is not only for the difficult times in your life – it’s also for those times when you are feeling happy, fulfilled, and thankful for all your many blessings.
