This community Yoga class includes pranayama, asanas and a sound bath meditation focusing on strengthening, balancing, stretching and meditation. This practice helps in creating internal mindfulness and peace.
Connect with nature under the beautiful trees and light of the Full Moon at Autry Park.
This event is FREE and open to the public although we require you register and sign a waiver before attending the class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to sign the waiver and find your spot on the lawn.
