Botanic Yoga is a sensory experience that weaves Hatha Yoga with handpicked botanic scents from the Houston Botanic Garden. The invigorating impact of the herbs will enhance your connection with nature and take you on a journey through the senses as you move through grounding Yoga asana (poses).
Each participant will make and take home a Botanic Spritzer with a fresh herb spray as a gift.

- Sign up early
- Classes size is limited
