A Floating Sound Bath is a unique immersive experience that combines the calming effects of water and therapeutic sound vibrations. Participants lie back on twin sized floats while being surrounded by soothing vibrations, harmonics and frequencies from instruments like crystal bowls and koshi chimes.
There is NO EXPERIENCE required for this class.
*This class is not recommended for those with pace makers, metal rods in the body and epilepsy.
