YOGA ON THE LAWN class EVERY first Sunday of the month!

This community yoga class combines pranayama, asanas, and a sound bath meditation, focusing on strengthening, balancing, stretching, and mindfulness. It is designed to cultivate inner peace and promote mental clarity through a harmonious practice.
Connect with nature on the lawn in the wellness community, JUBILEE located in Hockley off of Hwy 290.
This event is FREE and open to the public although we require you register before attending the class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to sign the waiver and find your spot on the lawn.
