Yoga on the Lawn (CYPRESS)
Join us in Cypress at Bayou City Chiropractic on Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM for a peaceful and rejuvenating yoga session, brought to you by Brittany Massage & Bodywork and Jessica Garcia with Chandra Yoga. This 60-minute community class will guide you through pranayama (breathwork), asanas (poses), and a soothing savasana. Focus on strengthening, balancing, stretching, and cultivating mindfulness in a welcoming outdoor setting under a beautiful oak tree.
What to Bring:
•Yoga mat

•Blocks (optional – extras will be provided)
