Held in the Flicker, Candlelight Vin-Yin & Sound
An Elevated Evening of Restoration (Outdoors)
with Jessica and Haley
Step into a sanctuary of stillness and serenity. This thoughtfully curated evening invites you to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.
You’ll be guided through a gentle fusion of breathwork and a Vinyasa-to-Yin yoga flow, designed to open the body, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional release. The entire experience unfolds by candlelight, under the starlit sky, creating a calm, intimate space for deep relaxation.
As you settle into stillness, you'll be immersed in the healing resonance of sound: crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, flute, drum, and other therapeutic instruments that help the body release tension and the mind find clarity.
This evening is more than a class—it’s an opportunity to realign with your inner rhythm, soften the edges of stress, and experience a sense of renewal that lingers long after you leave.
Perfect for anyone feeling the weight of anxiety, burnout, or simply the pace of daily life. No prior yoga experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to slow down.
