This 14-day Full Moon Self-Care Challenge is an invitation to come home to your heart through simple daily rituals that support your nervous system, awaken confidence, and help you express what’s true...without pushing, performing, or striving.


Leo energy calls you back to courage, creative expression, and heart-led living.


Together with the Full Moon’s reflective winter medicine, this challenge becomes a gentle, empowering path back to you.


What You’ll Receive:

Each day (Feb 1–14), you’ll receive a nourishing email that includes:


✨ a 10–15 minute self-care ritual

(breathwork, grounding practices, gentle movement, joyful expression, reflection, and release)


✨ a “Why it helps” section

(so you understand the purpose behind each practice and can integrate it more deeply)
