Join Paulina & Jessica for an evening of powerful somatic practice and a deeply nourishing sound journey.
Begin with somatic imagining, a guided meditation designed to be felt through every cell of the body and into the quiet corners of your awareness. This experience supports intuition and inner listening: the part of you that notices nuance and subtle cues before the mind tries to name them.
Together, we’ll work with the somatic channels of awareness...mind, imagination, emotions, sensation, and posture...to strengthen the inner foundation of your intuition.
From there, you’ll settle into a restorative sound journey, as Jessica and Paulina weave crystal singing bowls, ceramic and Native American flutes, chimes, gentle percussion, and other soothing instruments into a calming, full-body experience.
We close the evening communing over herbal tea together.
Expect to leave feeling renewed, rejuvenated, and a lighter version of who you were when you walked in.
No experience necessary, all are welcome!
