Join Paulina & Jessica for an evening of powerful somatics and a deeply nourishing sound journey.
Experience the power of somatic imagining- through a guided meditation meant to be experienced by every cell of the body and every corner of your consciousness. This guided meditation leads you through a gentle and effortless process of building a temple within your own consciousness, using somatic imagination to hold space for connecting to the divine, for purging & releasing what doesn’t serve you anymore, and for calling in the exact nourishment and blessings for this season of life.
From here we enter into a restorative sound journey experience, wherein Jessica and Paulina weave together the magical sonic frequencies of crystal singing bowls, ceramic and Native American flutes, chimes, gentle percussion, and more.
We close the evening communing over herbal tea together.
Expect to leave feeling renewed, rejuvenated, and a lighter version of who you were when you walked in.
