Join us for an evening of grounding, renewal, and intention beneath the gentle energy of the Virgo New Moon.
Gathering on Galveston Beach, we’ll allow the rhythm of the waves and the open sky to support us as we slow down, reconnect, and plant meaningful intentions for the season ahead.
The Virgo New Moon invites us to reflect on the habits, routines, and patterns shaping our daily lives. It encourages us to release perfectionism, soften the inner critic, and create simple, nourishing practices that support our well-being.
Through guided meditation, journaling, sound healing, intention setting, and heartfelt connection, we’ll honor where we are and envision what we are ready to cultivate.
Together, we’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and deeply connected...to ourselves, to one another, and to the healing wisdom of the sea. 🌑🌊♍✨

Jessica Garcia is a certified Yoga Instructor, Sound Bath Facilitator and Retreat Host who shares healing through mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement. She offers yoga and sound experiences throughout the Houston area, creating spaces where all feel welcomed, supported, and deeply cared for.
