Step away from the rush and soften into stillness with this Self-Love Sound Bath Meditation, a deeply nourishing experience devoted to self-care, nervous system restoration, and heart-centered presence. This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and offer yourself the tenderness you deserve.
In this 60-minute journey, you’ll be guided through a gentle grounding meditation to settle the mind and relax the body. From there, you’ll be immersed in the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, rhythmic drum, chimes, and flute...a soundscape designed to quiet the noise, soften stress, and support deep inner renewal.
This session is perfect for anyone feeling burned out, anxious, emotionally stretched, or simply ready to reconnect. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned receiver, you’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more lovingly connected to yourself.

Jessica Garcia of Chandra Yoga is a compassionate guide and powerful space holder who creates a sanctuary where healing can unfold naturally. A native Houstonian and yoga teacher of 16 years, Jessica weaves warmth, steadiness, and soulful presence into every experience—supporting you in returning to yourself with clarity, calm, and care.
Skill Level: All levels welcome.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat
- 2 medium, non-slip blankets (not too thick)
- Light sweater or jacket + socks
- Eye pillow (optional but lovely)
- Water bottle with lid
We’ll have mats and blankets available to borrow.
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing you can relax in.
