Gong Donation
Help Bring a New Gong Into Our Space
A community-supported sound that helps us all exhale.
I’m raising funds to purchase a Grotta Sonora 19” Hand Gong; a beautiful, versatile gong with a deep, rich tone and long sustain that adds so much to sound baths, yoga classes, and nervous-system support.
This gong would become part of our shared toolkit, something I can use consistently in classes and community offerings to help more people release stress, soften anxiety, and return to their breath.
Goal: $799 (gong purchase)
(Note: the gong does not include a mallet.)
Why This Gong Matters
Sound can help the body shift out of “go-go-go” and into a more grounded state. This gong is designed for handheld use with an attached handle, making it easy to weave into classes and sound baths in a way that’s gentle and accessible.
Grotta Sonora hand gongs are also made to be sonically complex and durable, offering a tone that can support deep rest and lasting resonance.

If You’d Like to Help in Another Way
Not everyone can give financially and that’s okay. You can still support by:
- Sharing this page with a friend who loves sound healing
- Inviting someone to a class
- Sending a note of encouragement (they matter more than you know)
Thank You
Your support helps me grow what I can offer, while keeping classes welcoming, grounded, and accessible. This gong will be a shared resource in the space we’re building together.
