Each practice is thoughtfully woven together to help soothe anxiety, calm the nervous system, and create space for emotional release and inner healing. You’ll be supported in moving at your own pace, honoring what you need, and allowing your body to lead the way.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll experience moments of stillness, gentle embodied movement, deep rest, and meaningful connection. From grounding somatic practices to immersive sound healing and restorative touch, every offering is designed to help you feel safe, held, and supported as you realign with your inner healer.
