Join us for an evening of nature, ear acupuncture and sound bath by the water. Take time midweek to recharge, reconnect, and restore.
We will be led in a nature walk by Irma Guerrero, sound bath by Jessica Garcia while experiencing ear acupuncture, (optional) with Kifferie Corley & Bhawna Luthra. Being out in nature is a beautiful way to heal and nourish our bodies and souls. So join us as we share these wonderful skills together in community.
There is a large parking area at the park where you can take a short hike to the boardwalk. If you prefer, there is a smaller parking lot closer to the boardwalk past the nature center and pond.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. This is open to the public. A love donation of $20-30 is requested, when possible.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket
- Pillow
- Eye covering
- Anything else you may need to feel warm and comfortable while resting
Extra mats, blankets and eye coverings will be available to borrow.
