Join us for a heart-opening evening of reflection, release, and meaningful connection beneath the energy of the Aquarius Full Moon.
This intimate indoor gathering is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life, settle into a supportive circle of women, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within you. Together, we will create space to breathe, soften, and listen more deeply to what your heart is ready to release and what your spirit is ready to welcome.
The Aquarius Full Moon illuminates the places where we may have been dimming our truth, limiting our freedom, or holding tightly to beliefs and patterns that no longer reflect who we are becoming. It encourages us to release the need to conform, honor our individuality, and open ourselves to new perspectives, possibilities, and ways of being.
Aquarius reminds us that we do not have to abandon ourselves in order to belong. Our authenticity is not something to hide, it is one of the gifts we bring to our relationships, communities, and the world.
Through guided meditation, intentional reflection, journaling, a symbolic release ceremony, harmonic sound healing, and heartfelt conversation, we will create space to:

About Your Facilitator
Jessica Garcia is a certified Yoga Instructor, Sound Bath Facilitator, and Retreat Host who shares healing through mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and restorative sound. She creates welcoming spaces throughout the Houston area where people can slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with peace, self-love, and a deeper sense of belonging.
