What is self-care?
It can be a host of different things.
And it looks different for everyone!
Starting August 1st we are starting a 30-day Self-Care Challenge! We will be talking about self-care and challenging ourselves to take care of ourselves better. I will share a list of self-care ideas and you get to choose at least 1 to do per day for 30 days.
We will have a weekly check in to keep you on track.
