This community Yoga class includes pranayama and asanas focusing on strengthening, balancing and stretching. This practice helps in creating internal mindfulness and peace - perfect for a mid-week renewal and reset! Connect with nature under the hues of the evening sky with the Park as your backdrop.
This event is FREE and open to the public although we require you to register and sign a waiver before attending the class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to sign the waiver and find your spot on the lawn.
