THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED
WE WILL UPDATE THE WEBSITE AS SOON AS WE HAVE RESCHEDULED
THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING
AND WE HOPE TO SEE YOU ON THE BEACHFRONT SOON!
This experience weaves together the Sacred Labyrinth, the Traditional Practice of Yoga and a beautiful Sound Bath. The labyrinth, an ancient pathway to meditation, has a single circuitous path that winds its way into the center. The mandala is a geometric form representing the eternal expansion of the universe. Reginald creatively joins these two ancient archetypes together to create a communal sacred space on the beach. Jessica will then guide you gently through an Earth Yoga Flow that will keep you gliding on this path to inner awareness, deep connection and oneness with the universe. Soufiane will provide a healing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gongs and more during the yoga flow.
THIS MONTH'S FOCUS IS THE ROOT CHAKRA. PLEASE WEAR A RED SHIRT.

What people are saying about Mandala Earth Flow:
This was my first Mandala Earth Flow event and I loved it! Having it at the beach was perfect and so pretty. I felt connected to the group and Jessica’s beautiful energy added so much to the experience. A bonus was the beautiful photos taken of the participants! Looking forward to the next one!
- Nataly
The experience was amazing. The event was enveloped by the soothing sound of the waves from the beginning to end. Making a magical Labyrinth together with Reg’s guidance was so rewarding. The flow led by Jessica enabled me to center down and hone in on breath and body with nature. The sound bowls played by Soufiane added a spiritual vibration and tied the experience together. I am grateful for the soulful experience and that I took the time to create this beautiful memory.
- Zeenath
