This event will weave together the Sacred Labyrinth, the Traditional Practice of Yoga and a beautiful Sound Bath. The labyrinth, an ancient pathway to meditation, has a single circuitous path that winds its way into the center. Reginald will guide you to co-create a light labyrinth with tea lights, creating a sacred space which will be used for a walking meditation. Jessica will then guide you gently through an Earth Yoga Flow that will keep you gliding on this path to inner awareness, deep connection and oneness with the universe. Soufiane will provide a healing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gongs and more during the walking meditation and yoga flow.
NOTE: This event will take place indoors at Sunset.
About the Hosts:
Jessica Garcia is a certified Yoga Instructor with over 11 years of teaching experience. Her passion for Yoga started in 2004 and it has enhanced her life drastically ever since. Her warm personality and her desire to help others shine through her teaching.
Reginald C. Adams is a public artist, social entrepreneur and community developer. He is best known for his award winning public art projects, which are strategically located in some of Houston’s most historic neighborhoods and across the globe.
Soufiane Sattva is a Certified Crystal Healer, Second Degree Reiki practitioner and Sound Therapist who shares his gift through energetic channels. Soufiane, a multi-platinum music producer and sound engineer, is known for using a unique combination of crystal body layouts, Reiki and sound therapy, referred to as a “Sattva Session”, to balance and align non-physical energy vortexes along the spinal column known as Chakras.
