In celebration of Mental Health Month – and in partnership with The Feel Good Group – the Houston Botanic Garden presents a day of discovery, celebration, and growth, focused on learning about and taking part in good practices in the key areas of healthy eating, personal fitness, and mental health.

Yours truly will be hosting 3 Yoga sessions 🙏🏼

🧘🏽‍♀️10:00am Restorative Yoga

9-11 a.m. – Coffee & Breakfast
9 a.m.-12 p.m. – Yoga, Walks & Sound Bathing Sessions
9 a.m.-1 p.m. – Pop-up Market
11 a.m.-3 p.m. – Food Trucks
12:30-1 p.m. – Table Setting Demonstration
1 p.m.-3 p.m. – Live Music
 

Nationally known “modern day medicine woman” Eleanor Bramwell will also speak on the importance of the mind & body connection.

$15 adult tickets ($10 for children and students) include general admission to the Garden. Members can use the FREE admission benefit(s) of their member level.

Houston Botanic Garden offers FREE parking, and our events are often held in climate-controlled environments, rain or shine. If you have specific questions, please email education@hbg.org.

Yoga mat, pillow, blanket and a bottle of water

Things to remember:
- Members attend FREE
- Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get setup.
- Don't eat at least 1-2 hours prior to class.
